We at Active Mobility Center will strive to help you with your insurance company.  We will work with your physician and therapist in acquiring the necessary documentation, and provide these reports to your insurance carrier for determination of coverage, and submitting the claim.  Our specialists have been working with insurance companies, and other funding sources since 1992.

MEDICAID

We are an authorized provider for Florida's Medicaid program, and have experience with Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County's offices to help guide you through the process.

OTHER FUNDING SOURCES

We work with many different funding sources, and will handle each one individually and make every effort to help you get the equipment that you need.

We are an authorized provider for the Federal Medicare program and can work with you in determining what equipment will fit your needs, and what will be covered under the plan
