PNEUMATIC TIRES

Now that it is summer, and folks are using their equipment, a few things should be check to ensure safe mobility.  With the changing of heat and humidity, pneumatic tires need to be checked and maintained to the proper inflation.  Failure to check and maintain air pressure, with force the motors, and batteries to work harder and wear out prematurely. 

If checking and / or maintaining air in the tires are difficult, consider upgrading to solid or Flat free inserts to reduce potential down time.

BATTERIES

Batteries are your fuel supply of your equipment, it is important that you keep them charged, and in condition so that when you need them are are ready for you.

Batteries should be checked every six months to a year by a technician to ensure that you will not have any surprises. 

It is recommended that batteries be replaced every 1-2 years to reduce potential of becoming stranded.
