EQUIPMENT TIMELINE

It is our goal to minimize the time from evaluation to delivery of the equipment, but with increasing demands from funding sources, requiring documentation from the supplier, physician, therapist, and equipment user to determine coverage under the insurance plan.  We help with education to all parties to explain what the funding source is looking for to help speed up the process. 

Each consumer's needs are individual, so it is critical to spend the time in assessment and design of the chair to ensure the correct equipment is ordered.  We not only gather information from the physician, therapist, and consumer, but also their environment and needs of caregivers to ensure most all needs are met.
